Refund Review Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returned items are inspected before a refund decision is made.
Approved refunds are issued through the appropriate method after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements will be confirmed directly with you after approval.
